I tried using alternative DNS ...Aha, that fixed it! I tried using alternative DNS servers (which didn't fix the Netflix issue), but BT insists on using its own DNS if you use Parental Controls or BT Protect. I had switched on the latter, so I reverted to BT DNS, disabled BT Protect, enabled BT Parental Controls then immediately disabled it (including choosing 'Delete Settings') as suggested.<br /><br />Hey presto, Netflix works once more on my Roku 3. I've got the exact sa...Thanks for this article. I've got the exact same error code, but have never enabled BT's Parental Controls. I've tried different DNS settings, resetting Roku, and logging out on all devices, but still no joy.
